Voluntary interior decoration

FISK needed an update in order to become a modern, cool and well planned second hand shop, that appeals to both men and women. The decor had to include sustainable design, recycling, redesign and environmentally friendly solutions - all at a budget of zero DKK.

Folkekirkens Nødhjælp asked Mette Helena Rasmussen to embrace this challange.

"We needed a creative interior decorator with a big talent for decorating, experience in recycling and redesign, and for that Mette Helena Rasmussen was the right candidate.

Mette Helena Rasmussen did not hecitate to accept the challenge and with fresh ideas, experience and the ability to listen and understand our needs, she fulfilled our criterias being a popular shop and workplace for many volunteers.

Professional design

Today we have a fantastic shop that all of us are very proud of. It clearly reflects that a professional design process has taken place and that helps us preserving and developing our image as a modern and attractive shop that makes people want to spend their money in as well as giving them the urge to vulanteer. Our enthustiastic costumers praise the shop and we have received great reviews in Boligmagasinet, Boligliv, Urban and Kristeligt Dagblad. The number of visitors has increased and the sales numbers are slowly but firmly increasing as well."
